1000 Rep Club
 
DON'T BE A PUNK
 
 
If you workout at an old-school gym or have been a gym rat in the past, you have probably heard of the 1000 Pound Club.  To become a member you must be able to lift 1000 pounds in combined weight of three exercises, the bench press, the squat and the deadlift.  However, this club has for the most part been reserved for power lifters and bodybuilders.  Not many general fitness enthusiaist have made it into the club.
 
Sport and Life Fitness is introducing a club built for most anyone.  OK, that is partially the truth.  The club is not for anyone, but everyone has the capability to become a member.  But it does require strength, endurance, will power, guts and heart.
 
This is the 1000 Rep Club.  To become a member, you must perform a total of 1000 repetitions of the exercises outlined in the program.  Now every workout I create, I personally try myself.  But I have to admit, that when I created the 1000 Rep Workout, I was scared to try it myself.  But I new that before I could present it to you, I had to jump in and do it myself.  So I did.  By repetition 650 I was pretty much ready to quit.  By repetition 900 I was ready to pass out.  At repetition 1000 I can't even discribe the feeling.  I was wore out but so excited, and I doubt I will ever do it again.  During the workout I drank five cups of water, had to sit down 3 times and almost puked once.  I don't think it counts if you throw up in your mouth and swallow it back...does it?
 
But I did it.  I completed the 1000 Rep Workout.  If you feel you have what it takes to succeed, you must attempt this workout.
