I am a Fitness Professional with over 20 years of experience in sports, health andfitness. At an early age I practiced and competed in martial arts for several years before joining the US Air Force. I served the United States for over 10 years as an officer and a highly decorated veteran. I began training others in physical fitness while in the Air Force and became a Certified Fitness Trainer after my Honorable Discharge from active duty.
I then became a personal trainer with one of the largest fitness chains in the world before venturing off on my own as a free lance trainer. In 2005 I founded Sport and Life Fitness and created an avenue to help people nationwide in their pursuit of health. I have successfully served over 300 clients
including executives, athletes, students and hundreds of real people just like you. I promote a total fitness lifestyle philosophy and strive to aid everyone in reaching their
full potential not only in fitness, but in life as well.
